This is a little treasure that I bought at a 'jockey lot' flea market for only $2.00. As we were walking up the aisle, my gaze rivoted on this little gal bunny teapot. It is very old, the glazing is cracked but there is no marking on it that I can see to show who made it. I am a fan of Beatrix Potter's tales so this is just my cup of tea....smile. Wishing everyone a blessed Sunday, day of rest and worship.

John 8:32 "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."

Ephesians 4:15 "But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ."

Awesome. Beatrix is one of my top ten favorite writes, I'd say. Not just top ten children's authors; top ten authors!

Maggie Ann, Thanks for the nice note that you left on my blog. "Sophie's heart" is a great book. I enjoyed reading it more than any book and I have read for the majority of my life. I found the Lord at the age of 28 just a little younger than you. There are so many great Christian novels out there that now that is all that I read. I am beginning now a novel by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker. It is called, "House". It is quite different from "Sophie's Heart". Concerning this pain...I have had it for 10 years now with no diagnosis. It is just driving me nuts now. I cannot take it much longer. Keep up the great blogging...Sandy

Hello Maggie Ann, and thank you for your sweet comment on my blog! Of course you can use my picture if you wish... I'd be honoured! :)
You'll only need to save it on your own computer and then upload it to your scrapbook from there, so as not to take up my bandswidth :)

Your little bunny is adorable :)

Have a blessed Sunday!

That teapot is soooooo cute! And for $2 - what a bargain! I usually look underneath things for any marks to indicate the makers, but if I really like something, I don't care who the maker is, I just want to own it!

Maggie Ann, I am greatly saddened by your comments on anothers blog... perhaps you should see for yourself the outcome of your judgemental words?

*hugs* Maggie, I can understand where you are coming from. It took someone to share the same things with me for me to leave all my new age things behind and become a Christian. I don't think there's any need for others to jump on the bandwagon about it, it just creates dissension. Anyway I just wanted to send you lots of hugs.
