Yes, indeed....this is going to be my afternoon to work on my cross-st. sampler. My friend has finished hers already....and doesn't that spur a person on *smile*. I had a very good cello lesson last night and a good practise this morning....I'm learning to 'think' while I practise. It does make a difference *s*. Looking at this old thread add....what is laying in the little girl's lap with it looks lilke thread around the top. Hmmm. I think my water may be boiling.....Maggie Ann is going to cook 'shells' for lunch with 'Aldi's' spagetti sauce on top. Does anyone know why Spanish is appearing all over the place in the U.S.? We stopped at McDonald's last night and there was a very large new sign in English and Spanish. I feel like something is going on we don't know about. Any insight on this??? Posted by Picasa

Hello Miss Maggie, I love the picture...*S*S*S*S* But then I'm a fool for old advertising art. And sewing and stitching is a passion I have..*S* She is sooo sweet and determined and focused.

Thank you for sharing with us, and for your kind comments over at Pieces..*S*

Speaking as a Canadian 'observer', I would think that the Spanish language is becoming like a second language of the US. Like in Canada, there are two official languages: English and French. Maybe Spanish is becoming your second "official" unoffical second language?
